In a post-modern world the possibility of a black, brown, yellow or red woman/man developing her/his full potential is possible. First, one has to deconstruct the categories (self imposed and ascribed) that limit the possibilities. Race is not a biological but a social construction that is given meanings by society. The challenge is to learn how to navigate the covert forms of racism that limit our possibilities.
