I finished my light photography session in Austin with a picture here of a food trailer. These are huge everywhere from Los Angeles to Austin to now New York. I await the day when some food critic or someone with a high follower count on twitter decides to give recognition where it is due. Somebody please recognize the originators of this trailer concept. Understand that we Mexican-Americans have been doing this food trailer thing since before you could say Wayfarers. We did it first. We did it before it was cool. And we will continue to do it when it no longer is. It is only first with that prayer that I delve into my Gordoughs doughnuts, Torchy’s tacos, and Man Bites Dog hot dogs. To New York!
